Capital City Sunday: Bryan Steil, Ann Groves Lloyd and Jim Palmer

This week on Capital City Sunday: Two candidates running on the ballot: one for U.S. Congress, the other in June’s special election. GOP front-runner Bryan Steil responds to criticism that he’s "a rubber stamp" for Washington. Plus, Ann Groves Lloyd is facing off with Jon Plumer in a special election on June 12th. Both candidates are from Lodi, but they’re running on different campaign messages.
