Cold blast follows tonight’s storms

MADISON (WKOW) –  A few strong storms will continue to move through southern WI until around midnight. Winds could gust up to 40 mph with pea size hail.

Very cool air will rush in behind the front overnight with temperatures dropping 35 degrees by 7 AM. Tomorrow expect morning temps in the mid 40s with clear skies.

Much needed sunshine is in the forecast tomorrow but highs will stay in the middle 50s. The next chance for rain moves back in Friday morning and some spots could pick up another 1-2 inches by Saturday morning.
