Turkeys ready for Madison food pantry’s Thanksgiving meal

MADISON (WKOW) — The turkeys are browned and out of the oven for an annual tradition in Madison.

The River Food Pantry will host its Thanksgiving dinner on Friday.

Madison College cooked up nearly 60 turkeys for the organization’s big feast. This is the 12th year the campus culinary students and instructors have been involved.

Now, they’ll cut up the turkeys to get ready for the event on Friday.
