MIDDLETON (WKOW) — A criminal complaint against a Middleton High School student says the senior gave a 14-year old an illegal drug before he and a classmate sexually assaulted the younger teen.
18-year old Mohammad Aldachach of Middleton appeared in Dane County court Monday on the felony charge of sexual assault of a child under sixteen years of age. He continues to remain free on a signature bond, although a court commissioner also banned Aldachach from Middleton High School. The victim is also a student. Authorities say an alternative educational setting is being used with Aldachach.
The complaint says the girl and a friend were at a Middleton High basketball game, and they were picked up by Aldachach, who took them to a town of Middleton home.
According to the complaint, at the home, Aldachach and a 16-year old classmate were smoking marijuana through a vaporizer device. “The boys encouraged her…to ‘hit it,” the complaint says. “She took a few hits off of it, she said that they got super, super high.”
“After she became high, first (the 16-year old) and then Mohammad had sex with her while she was too high to refuse,” the complaint states.
The complaint says Snapchat text messages on the phone of the victim’s friend show Aldachach acknowledging he had sex with the 14-year old girl.
The alleged sexual assault of the girl took place two days after more than two hundred students staged a protest at Middleton High against sexual violence on campus.
