UPDATE (WKOW) — Authorities say robbery was the apparent motive when an 88-year-old man was murdered outside the Ho-Chunk Casino in Baraboo.
Sauk County sheriff’s officials said today that property was taken when Harold Johnson was killed.
Pulvermacher, 68, remains a fugitive who may have been last seen earlier this week in Madison.
SAUK COUNTY (WKOW) — The Sauk County coroner has released the name of the man found dead Monday in a parking lot behind the Ho-Chunk Casino.
The man was identified as Harold A. Johnson, 88, of Portage, said Sauk County Coroner Greg Hahn.
A press release from the Sauk County Sheriff’s office called Johnson’s death a homicide.
Hahn said Johnson’s family had been notified and saw the body.
Investigators are searching for Robert Pulvermacher, 68, after finding Johnson Monday afternoon in the parking lot of the Ho-Chunk Casino near Wisconsin Dells. Authorities have determined the death is a homicide.
