RICHLAND (WKOW) – A 26-year-old man was arrested for felony traffic offenses Friday, after colliding head on with another vehicle, and injuring a family of six, according to the Richland County Sheriff’s Department.
The Sheriff’s Department says Jaron Neunschwander-Luebke lost control of his van on County Highway N, crossing the center line and striking the vehicle of 39-year-old Scott Coppernoll head-on.
Coppernoll, his 37-year-old wife, Kelly, and their four children were all injured in the collision, along with Luebke according to a Richland County report.
The Sheriff’s office says Luebke and the Coppernolls’ children were taken to Richland Hospital, where they were treated and released, while Scott and Kelly Coppernoll were moved to UW Hospital in Madison, where they are listed in stable condition.
Neunschwander-Luebke has been charged with operating a vehicle with a revoked license and causing great bodily harm, according to the Richland County Sheriff’s Department.
The incident remains under investigation.
