Badgers women’s basketball falls at No. 11 Maryland
COLLEGE PARK, MD (WKOW) — The Badgers women’s basketball team could not keep up with No. 11 Maryland. The Terrapins won 75-57 at home.
Freshman Imani Lewis led the Badgers with 14 points and nine rebounds. Marsha Howard and Kelly Karlis each added 10 points. Kaila Charles led Maryland with 22 points. The Terps shot 58.3 percent from three-point range.
Wisconsin falls to 11-11 overall (2-8 in Big Ten play). Maryland improves to 18-2 overall (7-2 in Big Ten). The Badgers will return home to host Michigan on Sunday at 2 p.m.
