Madison police release surveillance photos of bank robbery

MADISON (WKOW) — The Madison Police Department and Madison Area Crime Stoppers have released surveillance photos from a Jan. 22 bank robbery at Associated Bank on Odana Road.

Two male robbers walked into the bank and ordered everyone to the floor. One robber was armed with a gun. They order the tellers to fill two bags. Both fled on foot westbound from the bank.

The first robber is described as a black male with a slender build, wearing a dark or black hooded sweatshirt, puffy blue nylon coat, black jeans, black tennis shoes, and a black ski mask.

The second robber is described as a black male with a medium build, black hooded sweatshirt, black jeans and black tennis shoes.

MADISON (WKOW) — Police are searching for two suspects after they say the Associated Bank on Odana Rd. was robbed Tuesday afternoon.

Madison Police say shortly after 4:45 p.m., two suspects entered the bank and ordered everyone to the floor. They say one of the suspects had a gun. The suspects then ordered tellers to fill two bags with cash.

Police say both suspects ran off on foot towards the west with an undetermined amount of money.

The first suspect is described as a “younger” black male, 5’08”, wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt and a mask. The second suspect is described as a black male, 5’08”, also wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt and mask.
