Man accused of sexually assaulting disabled woman he met on Tinder

MADISON (WKOW) — Madison police have arrested a man they say assaulted a woman with disabilities that he met on the dating app Tinder.

Michael C. Neal, 31, Madison, faces charges of second-degree sexual assault.

The victim went to the man’s Maple Valley Drive home this past weekend thinking they were just going to hang out together, according to a Madison Police Department incident report.

However she ended up in a hospital with injuries from the sexual assault.
