(WKOW) — Rising water due to melting snow and rain is causing closures throughout southern Wisconsin.
CTH J is closed at 6th Ct.
CTH G from State Highway 21 north to County Highway C
CTH K between CTH I and Wibu Rd.
All lanes in both directions are blocked on WIS 78 at County H because of flooding, according to WisDOT.
Blackhawk Park area/Blackhawk Road, West Lane Road/Old River Road/Lake Road
STH 21 closed from STH 13 to I-39. Traffic detoured to STH 13, STH 82, then I 39. It is unknown when the road will re-open.
The bridge at Hwy 16 & 60 remains closed due to high water.
River Road, at Hwy 16/60 remains closed to vehicle traffic from the 100 through the 300 block. Vehicles can now access River Road from the south.
Displaced residents in need of shelter can still go to the Columbus Community Building at 161 N. Dickason Blvd.
Due to flooding over the roadway, WIS 60 is closed at Riddle Rd. [OPEN as of March 19 at 9:30am]

All lanes are blocked in both directions on Wisconsin 11 near Browntown, between County M and Cadiz Spring Road due to water on the roadway. Westbound traffic is getting through using the eastbound lane. Traffic is stop and go. At the time, there is no alternate route. [CLEARED as of March 17 at 7:57am]

CTH J Bridge at Fair Street
South Point Road, on the City’s far west side, is experiencing high water and motorists are
being advised to avoid that stretch of roadway.
Northbound South Point Road is closed at Harvest Moon Road and southbound the road is closed just south of Fire Station 12.
As the water recedes, the road will be reopened.
Lake levels of Lakes Mendota and Monona have not risen to hazardous levels and are not expected to. Engineering staff continues to work with Dane County employees to monitor those levels as well. Flooding concerns are centered on roadways where melting snow cannot reach a storm drain.
Due to flooding over the roadway STH 19 is closed at CTH KP.
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation says all lanes on WIS 78 both northbound and southbound between County A and Lee Valley Road are closed due to water over the roadway.
Due to flooding over the road the eastbound lanes are closed on WIS 136 from Rock Springs to WIS 33. [CLEARED as of Monday morning.]
