Storm Track meteorologist teaches weather safety at Van Hise Elementary School

MADISON (WKOW) – Meteorologist Max Tsaparis had a blast visiting second graders at Van Hise Elementary school this week to teach them all about the weather.

He explained what he does at work, how he got into this field and why students should consider a career in STEM.

Students also learned about the water cycle and how to identify and stay safe during severe storms.
