Madison man arrested after exposing himself to police

MADISON (WKOW) — Madison police arrested a local man after he allegedly exposed himself multiple times to neighbors in his Monterey Drive apartment complex.

Police arrested 47-year-old James A. Hodge of Madison for lewd and lascivious behavior after an officer witnessed him, “sans clothing, and ‘posing’ with a big smile on his face,” according to a Madison Police Department incident report.

The report says Hodge had been cited twice in the past week for similar behavior.

The apartment’s building manager told police she received “numerous complaints from residents” regarding Hodge, police said.

Last week, a father claimed he saw Hodge posing nude in his front picture window while the father was walking with his young daughter, police said. The father also said there is a park across the street where children play.
