Capital City Sunday: Rep. John Nygren & Dr. Ryan Spencer, Rural Doctor Shortage

MADISON (WKOW) — Republicans are planning to make changes to the budget they crafted before voting on it Tuesday. Two conservative senators are worried the budget spends too much.

Co-chair on the joint finance committee Representative John Nygren tells us their strategy to make sure this budget passes on time.
