MADISON (WKOW) — After a stormy morning that produced a corridor of heavy rain just west of Madison it was a mostly cloudy afternoon with seasonable temps in the upper 70s. Not too bad, overall.
Our next chance for rain will come on Monday. While severe weather and the heaviest rain should be restricted to Illinois, scattered showers and storms will overspread the region by lunchtime or so and last into the evening. Rainfall totals for southern Wisconsin are expected to stay under one inch in most areas, with the heaviest amounts over our southwest counties.
The rest of the week looks comfortable and drier, outside of a few pesky showers here and there. You’ll find the specifics here, in your 27 Storm Track extended forecast!
