More passing showers through midweek

MADISON (WKOW) – We can’t seem to shake this active set up with more showers and even a few rumbles of thunder expected.

Patchy fog and a few showers get the day started, but we’ll have some sunshine, too. This will warm temps to the upper 70s and low 80s. Showers and storms will develop more-so in the early afternoon and re-develop late evening.

A few showers will linger tonight as an area of low pressure continues to slowly spin through the Upper Midwest. Temps cool to the low 60s.

Isolated showers will develop Wednesday, especially in the afternoon and evening. We’ll be on the back side of the low passing through, so we’ll also be cooler in the low 70s.

A brief area of high pressure moves in allowing drier and brighter conditions.

More rain returns Friday before temps warm into the weekend. Click here for your full 27 Storm Track forecast.
