Suspect in pizza delivery robbery was arrested years earlier in connection with Chicago crime spree

UPDATE (WKOW) — Police have arrested a Madison man who they say threatened to kill an 18-year-old pizza delivery driver during a robbery in June.

Terrell D. Wilkerson, 26, Madison, faces charges of robbery with threat of force, and possession with intent to deliver heroin.

“If you don’t give me your money, I’ll turn this into a homicide,” Wilkerson allegedly told the victim during the June 2 robbery.

In 2014, Wilkerson made headlines in Chicago after he and another man were arrested in connection with a crime spree on the city’s west side.

Last week, in Dane County Circuit Court, Wilkerson waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over for trial, according to a Madison police incident report.

MADISON (WKOW) — Police are looking for a man who robbed a teenage pizza delivery driver on Madison’s west side Sunday night.

Police say the 18-year-old driver was robbed of his cash while making a delivery in the 800 block of Kottke Drive. He told police he was approached by a masked man who threatened him while keeping his hand in his pocket. Police say the victim never saw a weapon.

The robber ran off and the driver went back to the pizza store to report what happened.
