Finally, a pleasant rain-free day before showers return Friday

MADISON (WKOW) – We’ve earned a dry day after several wet ones in a row.

Clouds increase overnight ahead of yet another area of low pressure moving through. Temps dip to the low and mid 60s. Showers and t-showers will develop late at night from the west and will impact Friday.

The end of the work week starts off damp with scattered showers and t-showers. These will mainly impact the morning with a couple more showers possible later in the day. Temps stay mild in the mid to upper 70s.

The beginning of the weekend looks nice with highs warming to the low 80s. Another quick-moving system moves in overnight dropping more rain. This will linger into Sunday morning with some sunshine returning in the afternoon allowing temps to get into the low and mid 80s.
