BACK TO SCHOOL: Lodi school leaders look to focus on STEAM education during 2019-2020 school year

MADISON (WKOW) — The first day of school is just around the corner for many students in southern Wisconsin, including Lodi.

On Monday, Lodi School District Administrator Charles Pursell and Lodi High School Principal Vince Breunig joined the Wake Up Wisconsin team to talk about the upcoming year.

Breunig says this year they’re looking at STEAM education, which includes Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math. He says they’re adding a Fabrication Lab to the district, which will allow students to do more hands-on activities.
