American Idol cast member Bobby Bones reminisces about concert in Madison

MILWAUKEE (WKOW) — Tuesday, at American Idol auditions in Milwaukee WKOW caught up with cast member Bobby Bones.

Bones is a mentor on the ABC show. He’s also a musician, author and radio host of The Bobby Bones Show, heard in Madison on 96.3 Star Country.

During an exclusive interview with Wake Up Wisconsin Anchor Rebecca Ribley, Bones reminisced about a concert in Madison.

“It’s the one place that I crowd surfed on my stomach, which you should never do,” Bones said with a smile. “I didn’t know that you shouldn’t do that. It was at the Orpheum that I jumped on my stomach and I was like ‘oh this is not a good idea.’ We have a video of that in Madison. It’s my one true stupid moment on stage.”
