MADISON (WKOW) – The snow is done, but blustery and cold conditions will stay with us through the night.
3 to 7 inches of snow fell over the area. Madison’s 3.9 inches was a record snowfall for the date. When combined with the 3 inch snowfall earlier this week makes this October the snowiest on record!
The low will drop to around 19 degrees overnight with mostly clear skies. Wind chills might reach the single digits in a few spots!
REST OF FORECAST
Temps stay chilly through the weekend with lows in the 20s and highs in the 30s.
The weather pattern stays active. A few more flurries will linger into the weekend, though there won’t be additional accumulations.
A light mix is possible by Sunday night with maybe some light rain on Monday, too.
