A short lived warm up this weekend

MADISON (WKOW) — Temperatures will move into the 40s Saturday, before falling again Sunday night.

Tonight expect mostly cloudy skies with a few flurries possible and lows in the middle 20s.

South winds on Saturday will finally get the temperatures above freezing. Highs will range from the upper 30s to low 40s. A front will move back in Saturday night bringing with it a chance at some mixed showers.

A cold front drops temperatures Sunday with highs in the middle 30s. Another cold front Sunday night could bring a few light snow showers into Monday morning.

Arctic air is back Monday dropping highs back into the 20s next week.
