Capital City Sunday: Charles Franklin & Gov. Task Force on Retirement

MADISON (WKOW) –As public impeachment hearings wrapped up on capitol hill after two weeks of hearings, the number of voters in Wisconsin who support removing the President from office has dropped.

That’s according to this month’s Marquette Law School Poll. Poll Director Charles Franklin talks about the shift in opinion from just four weeks ago.

Across the country, about 10,000 Baby Boomers are retiring every day, but most don’t have enough saved to maintain their lifestyle and pay the bills.

The Governor created a task force on retirement, two members State Treasurer Sarah Godlewski and Lisa Lamkins with AARP Wisconsin discuss how their working to help people be better prepared before it’s too late.

Plus, Congressman Mark Pocan (D-WI) calls last week’s public testimony the most compelling and reacts critics who think the impeachment inquiry is a waste of time.
