MIDDLETON (WKOW) -- School officials notified parents Wednesday afternoon that the high schools will be open for class tomorrow.
"After consultation with local law enforcement, we will be holding school in all of our buildings on Thursday, Dec. 12," officials said in the email to parents.
Officials no longer believe there is a credible threat that closed Middleton High School and Clark Street Community School.
The social media threats were connected to a student-led walkout scheduled for Wednesday morning. Police have reached out to Instagram and the FBI.
The page in question is no longer on Instagram.
There also have been no new social media threats since the ones we received on Tuesday afternoon.
All other district schools remained open Wednesday.
