MADISON (WKOW) -- The debate continues on whether Wisconsin should kick thousands of voters off the rolls.
The conservative law firm, Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty, who brought forth the suit is demanding the Elections Commission to act after an Ozaukee County judge ordered the purge of voters who may have moved and did not respond within 30 days to notifications sent by the commission through mail.
Since then, the bipartisan Election Commission has deadlocked twice on attempts by Republicans to purge voters immediately while an appeal to the court is pending.
Lance Vebber, attorney for W.I.L.L discusses the firms latest more asking a judge to hold the commission in contempt of court and impose a $12,000 fine each day until voters are kicked off the rolls.
Plus, Congressman Mark Pocan (D-WI) defends House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's decision to hold the impeachment articles. Rep. Pocan also explains his vote to reject the United States Mexico Canada Trade Agreement.
