Wisconsin Craft Market closing after 30 years

MADISON (WKOW) -- A small business on Madison's west side is closing after 30 years.

The owner of Wisconsin Craft Market announced on Facebook Monday that the store will shut down by the end of April.

He said they've lost their lease with the upcoming redevelopment of Westgate Mall and given the difficulty with brick-and-mortar retail and his age, it wasn't a good time to sign another long-term lease.

The market will have a final sale sometime in March.
