Former Fall River superintendent forfeits license

FALL RIVER (WKOW) -- 27 News confirmed former Fall River School Superintendent Michael Garrow voluntarily gave up his teaching and administrator licences last week as part of an agreement with the Department of Public Instruction. The school board fired Garrow because of an incident that happened outside of the district.

Garrow was also removed as superintendent at Milton School District in 2013 after an investigation found that he showed staff an inappropriate photo on a school computer. Fall River School District has not revealed why he was fired.
