(WKOW) -- Later this month, high schools in the Six Rivers conference will be taking part in an east-west crossover series to bring awareness to suicide.
The games are scheduled for Jan. 31, and fans from the west side of the conference will wear teal shirts -- visiting team fans from the east side of the conference will wear purple shirts.
The night will feature 14 games featuring 28 JV and varsity teams spread out among four counties.
Proceeds from t-shirt sales will go to services that help with suicide awareness.
The matchups haven't been set yet, but west teams will host this year.
