MADISON (WKOW) -- Monona Terrace was filled on Saturday, with more than 100 exhibits on wellness.

There were fitness classes and seminars on topics like weight loss, healthy eating, and beauty at the Madison Well Expo.

Organizers say they're all great topics to revisit this time of year.

"Most people make a New Year's resolution and then after January 1, most people after the first week, it's already out the window. So, we feel this is a place you can learn real tips for everyday that can help you be healthier in your life," said Dena Frisch with Brava Magazine.

Oganizers also collected donations for River Food Pantry.

Plus, people could Pedal for a Cure on a stationary bike, to support UW Carbone Cancer Center.
