MADISON (WKOW) - After a weekend in the low 40s, colder weather and more snow is back to start next week.
A warm set up is in place as high pressure slides SE of the area. This will keep winds out of the south with highs both days in the low 40s. Expect mostly sunny skies Saturday, with partly sunny skies Sunday.
An active setup takes over next week with a stronger low moving in from the south Monday. This brings a chance for rain/snow mix Monday night.
A second low and trough get into the mix on Tuesday bringing a chance for light snow to the area.
With so many low-pressure centers and troughs around the area, this makes for a tricky forecast, especially on location. Make sure to stay up to date on the forecast, but I still expect some accumulating snow through Wednesday.
