Light snow develops farther south around midday moving NE through the afternoon.

A breeze kicks up out of the NE at 10-15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph causing some blowing and drifting snow.

Light snow will wrap up through Wednesday morning.

The highest chance for at least 4" of snow will stay in our southernmost row of counties.

The bulk of this storm system will be felt across the border in northern Illinois.
