(WKOW) -- Many families are together day in and day out during the pandemic. So it's easy to get sick of each other.
So how do you keep the peace?
We talked with Relationship Expert Shay Levister who says it's all about your perspective.
Levister says schedule your "me time" and then take advantage of the other hours you get to spend together.
"You have a wonderful opportunity to improve and increase connection with your family members, you have an opportunity for you to be able to talk and spend quality time together," she said.
Levister recommends coming together for a meal each day to find time to talk.
Try to keep the topics light, so no work or coronavirus discussions.
If you do that, you might come out of the pandemic with new family habits you'll want to keep for years to come.
