Motorcyclist dead after crash Saturday in Green County

GREEN COUNTY (WKOW) -- The Green County Sheriff's office has released the name of a motorcyclist killed Saturday in a crash.

Devin Manley 23, Brodhead, died at the scene, according to a news release.

Green and Rock County deputies, Wisconsin State Patrol, Albany EMS along with Albany Fire responded about 12:30 p.m. May 30 to the report of a three vehicle crash involving a motorcycle at the intersection of Wisconsin Highway 104 and English Settlement Road.

Sheriff's office investigators say a Chevrolet pickup truck traveling north on Hiighway 104 began to turn left onto English Settlement Road. At that time a Kawasaki Motorcycle southbound on Highway 104 struck the rear passenger side of the truck.

After being thrown from his motorcycle, Manley and his motorcycle were struck by a vehicle traveling behind the pickup, according to a news release.

Also responding and assisting was the Wisconsin State Patrol Reconstruction Unit, Medflight and Evansville EMS.
