MADISON (WKOW) - Severe storms moved through southern Wisconsin Tuesday evening causing damage.
60-70 mph winds tore through communities north of Madison causing widespread downed trees and power outages.
It dropped around a half inch to an inch of rain.
A few showers will stick around this morning, mainly favoring our southernmost row of counties closer to the main cold front that passed through.
Skies will clear this afternoon and that'll warm us up to the low 80s.
Tonight, we'll be clear and cool in the low 60s.
Plenty of sunshine Thursday and we'll be hotter in the mid 80s.
Another system moves in late Thursday night bringing more storms into Friday morning, too. Temps stay warm in the low 80s Friday afternoon.
Finally by the weekend, we'll be drier and milder with plenty of sunshine and highs in the mid to upper 70s.
