(WKOW) -- Beyonce is joining the call for charges in the killing of Breonna Taylor.

Louisville police shot and killed Taylor during a no-knock warrant raid on the wrong apartment.

In a letter to the Kentucky attorney general, Beyonce said it's been three months since Taylor's death, and said the officers involved should face prosecution.

"Three months have passed -- and zero arrests have been made, and no officers have been fired. The LMPD's investigation was turned over to your office, and yet all of the officers involved in the shooting remain employed by the LMPD," she wrote in the letter.

She also said she wants an investigation into the police department's handling of the situation.

"Take swift and decisive action in charging the officers. The next months cannot look like the last three," she wrote.
