MADISON (WKOW) - Isolated showers diminishing early this evening. Partly cloudy and cooler with a low in the mid 50s.

RAIN RECAP
Our system exited late overnight after a soggy Monday. Highest rain totals were in western Wisconsin.

After an uncommon eight day streak of dry weather, this recent rain has eliminated the deficit for the month.

TONIGHT
Isolated showers diminishing early this evening. Partly cloudy and cooler with a low in the mid 50s.

WEDNESDAY
Partly sunny skies with temps in the mid 70s and isolated showers or a couple storms possible in the afternoon and evening.

THURSDAY
High pressure moves in drying us off completely and allowing lots of sunshine. This will warm us to the low 80s in the afternoon/

FRIDAY
Another system moves in bringing more widespread shower chances and possibly a few storms. Temps stay warmer in the low 80s.

The weekend overall looks drier and warmer now with a sun-cloud mix and highs in the mid 80s.

Partly sunny skies with temps in the mid 80s.
