MADISON (WKOW) - The prolonged stretch of hot weather continues, and isolated bubble-up storms remain possible.

A heat dome continues to build over the Upper Midwest causing temps to soar.

The heat and humidity cause the atmosphere to destabilize through the day popping up daily, isolated storm chances.

High temps soar to around 90° with isolated afternoon and evening showers and storms possible.

Mostly clear and muggy with temps in the upper 60s.

Mostly sunny and hot with temps in the low 90s. Isolated afternoon and evening are again possible.

Mostly to partly sunny and hot with a few pop-ups showers and storms with temps in the low 90s and heat index values with the humidity in the mid 90s.

Mostly sunny and hot with isolated afternoon and evening pop-up storms with temps in the low 90s.

THURSDAY
Partly sunny with a few, scattered storms possible. Temps stay hot in the low 90s with feels-like temps in the mid to upper 90s.

Partly sunny with a few, scattered storms possible and staying very warm in the upper 80s.
