(MADISON) WKOW - Drier air moves in today, after strong and even some severe storms clipped southwest Wisconsin Saturday late evening.
Low pressure from the northern plains brought severe storms to portions of Grant and Lafayette Counties this evening. Wind damage and hail was reported. Showers and storms dissipate, becoming dry overnight.
Today will be mostly dry with partly sunny skies. A cold front pulls through during the afternoon or evening hours, which could spark some quick stray showers.
Seasonal temperatures remain, with highs in the low 80s today. Showers and storms return to the forecast Tuesday and Wednesday.
A warm up is in sight, but not until the end of next week.
