WISCONSIN DELLS (WKOW) -- Wisconsin's mask order applies to everyone in Wisconsin, not just those who live here.
The governor's emergency order took effect Saturday, requiring anyone 5 and older to wear a mask indoors in public places.
Wisconsin Dells businesses have told 27 News they're concerned about the impact it could have on tourism.
We caught up with tourists from outside Wisconsin Sunday to ask them how they felt about the mask order as they visited this weekend.
"It's crazy because we're the only country that's actually tripping about it in the world right now, so, all the other countries pretty much have it on lockdown. I think when people start using their common sense, we can go back to normal life," said Tim Hargrove.
His uncle Adam agrees.
"It seems like the best and the quickest way to try to end what's been going on. I mean, nobody wants to be sick," Adam said.
Others coming to the Dells disagree with the order.
"I just don't want to wear a mask. I mean, you know, it's annoying and I've been through this whole thing without a problem," said Cordaro Griffin, from Iowa.
