UPDATE: Suspect with ties to Monticello area arrested after Oshkosh shooting

UPDATE (WKOW) -- A suspect in an Oshkosh shooting has been located and taken into custody, according to the Oshkosh Police Department.

Our Green Bay affiliate, WBAY, said officers have given no detail about how or where he was found.

More information is expected to be released Wednesday.


OSHKOSH (WKOW) -- Police are looking for a man suspected of shooting multiple people in Oshkosh.

The Oshkosh Police Department says officers were called to the 1700 block of Minnesota Avenue around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday.

When police got there, they found multiple people who had been shot. A news release from the Oshkosh Police Department did not list an exact number.

Officers are now looking for 39-year-old Joshua Aide, who police say should be considered armed and dangerous. He is 6' tall, 168 lbs. with brown hair and blue eyes.

Aide was last seen driving a red Toyota 4Runner with the license plate ACA7781.

Police say Aide has ties to the Monticello area.

Anyone who sees Aide should call 911.
