A cluster of showers and storms could possibly hold together from northern Iowa this morning and impact portions of southern Wisconsin.
Later this morning and into the afternoon, expect more thunderstorm development. A slight risk for severe weather is forecast by the severe weather prediction center for all southern Wisconsin counties. The biggest threats will be quarter-sized hail and gusty winds. It is also possible the atmosphere may not favor storm growth. If this materializes, then things could be drier.
Another round of storms will be possible tonight and into Monday morning.
In the meantime, heat will play a factor today with pockets of sun. The high temperatures will be in the mid to upper 80s, along with dewpoint temperatures in the 70s, making it feel like the 90s.
