#1 Wisconsin women’s volleyball sweeps #13 Purdue for the second straight night

WKOW (MADISON)- The top-ranked Wisconsin women's volleyball team swept #13 Purdue for the second straight night 25-18, 25-21, 25-19 to open the season.

Senior Dana Rettke led the way with 14 kills and seven total blocks. Senior Molly Haggerty played a big role with 12 kills and 10 digs. Freshman Devyn Robinson continued to prove herself with a hitting percentage of .467 to go with seven kills and three digs. Senior Sydney Hilley played a key role with 36 assists and four digs. Senior Giorgia Civita also had 11 digs.

The Badgers improve to 2-0 on the season.

Next up: Wisconsin travels to Illinois next Friday and Saturday.
