List: Closures and cancellations begin due to snowstorm

MADISON (WKOW) -- With a winter storm ready to hit southern Wisconsin Thursday some businesses, places of worship and other locations may be closing their doors due to weather.
Below are a complete list of closures that have been sent to WKOW.
If you would like to list your closure, email news@wkow.com with the name of the business, church, group or activity being canceled or closed. Include the community where the business or activity is located and how long the closure will last.
Janesville
Blackhawk Technical College
The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Watch for Rock County, beginning tomorrow at 6 am. The forecast calls for snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches, with wind gusts as high as 25 mph. As a result, the Rock County Emergency Operations Center has canceled the Covid 19 Testing at Blackhawk Technical College scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 4.
Testing will resume at 11:00 am on Feb. 10, 2021.
Jefferson
Jefferson Municipal Court
City of Jefferson Municipal Court Judge Joann Miller is canceling city of Jefferson Municipal Court appearances scheduled for 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. on Feb. 4 due to weather predictions and the safety of defendants and staff. Scheduled appearances will be adjourned to March 4 and will receive notice at the address on file.
Juneau County
Home Delivered Meals
All Juneau County Home Delivered Meals and carry-outs are canceled Thursday due to the weather. If you any questions call (608) 847-9371.
Madison
Goodman Community Center
The Goodman Center will be closed tomorrow, Feb. 4, due to the anticipated winter storm.
Madison College
Madison College campuses will be closed Thursday due to incoming winter storm Thursday. Communication from the Madison Area Technical College is that remote learning and work will continue as scheduled.
Princeton Club
Due to inclement weather, all Group EX classes have been canceled for Thursday, February 4.
Monona
Monona Public Library
Due to today's inclement weather, the Monona Public Library has cancelled curbside pickup and computer time by appointment for today (Thursday, Feb. 4). All virtual programming will proceed as scheduled.
The Library will reopen for curbside pickup and computer appointments from 2pm-6pm on Friday.
Monroe
COVID-19 Testing Site
There will be no COVID-19 testing at the Green County COVID-19 community testing site (652 8th Street Monroe, WI 53566) on Thursday, Feb. 4. This decision was made due to the Winter Weather Advisory issued for southern Wisconsin.

Richland County
COVID-19 Testing Site
The COVID-19 drive-thru community testing event hosted at the Richland County Fairgrounds and offered by the Wisconsin National Guard tomorrow has been canceled due to inclement weather.
Individuals who are symptomatic and need a test, should contact the Richland Hospital Clinic at 608-647-6321 or their primary healthcare provider.
The next FREE COVID-19 drive-thru community testing event at the Richland County Fairgrounds is scheduled for Monday, February 8th from 9am-11am.
These events will not be held if the outside temperature at 9am is in the single digits or below. These events will also follow the Wisconsin National Guard policy requiring that the ambient temperature of the testing area be maintained at a minimum of 50 degrees.
