Officials identify victim of Blue Mounds fire

TOWN OF BLUE MOUNDS (WKOW) -- The Dane County Medical Examiner’s Office released the name of the person who died in a fire Feb. 17.

Scott M. Wylie, 68, of Blue Mounds was pronounced dead at the scene by the medical examiner.

According to the medical examiner, Wylie died due to injuries' from the fire.

These deaths remain under investigation by the Dane County Sheriff’s Office and the Dane County Medical Examiner’s Office.
