Quiet week with mild temperatures

Remaining Ad Time Ad - 00:00

MADISON (WKOW) - The first day of March will likely bring our chilliest temperatures of the week. Highs will only go up from here.

The day transitioned into mostly sunny skies, temps in the upper 20s.

We're in store for a chilly Monday night, as high pressure settles in bringing clear skies and light winds. Temps will drop to the teens overnight.

Winds shift to the southwest Tuesday, bringing in somewhat warmer temps.

Highs will likely rebound to the low 40s Tuesday, and throughout the week. With some days reaching the mid-40s.

Ample sunshine is expected at times, mostly to partly sunny skies.

The week remains rather dry.

The next chance for precipitation is Friday evening, night. A light rain/snow/mix is possible as of right now.

Quiet weather returns for the weekend, and mild temperatures.
