Madison schools release report finding buildings safe for return

Madison Metropolitan School District

MADISON (WKOW) -- The Madison Metropolitan School District said that an independent review found that its schools are safe for a return to in-person classes.

The district made the announcement in a press release sent Wednesday morning.

"It is McKinstry’s opinion that MMSD is taking more than adequate COVID 19 mitigation measures to provide their staff, students, parents and other visitors with a safe environment to learn and work in," the report said.

The district released the full report on its website.
