Authorities respond to report of car vs. bike crash in Oregon

UPDATE (WKOW) -- Authorities reported the bicyclist in a car vs. bike crash Friday morning suffered minor injuries.

The Dane County Sheriff's Office said both the driver and bicyclist were heading north on the 1400 block County Highway D when the driver turned into a driveway failing to yield, and hitting the bicyclist.

Deputies said the bicyclist received minor cuts from the incident.


OREGON (WKOW) -- First responders are on scene after a call came in about a car-on-bike crash in Oregon Friday morning.

According to Dane County Communications, the call first came in at 10:54 a.m. Friday from 1461 County Highway D. Oregon fire and EMS responded to the scene, as well as the Dane County Sheriff's Department.

There is not any information at the time of writing about injuries at the scene.
