These pumpkin chocolate chip energy bites are the perfect way to satisfy a sweet tooth this fall! Check out the recipe below.

Ingredients:
– 1 1/2 cups oats
– 1/4 cup stevia
– 1/2 cup pure pumpkin
– 1/3 cup almond butter
– 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie extract
– 1 teaspoon cinnamon
– 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
– 1 tablespoon honey
– 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until a dough-like consistency forms.
2. Roll the dough in to 16 bite-sized energy bites and enjoy as a breakfast on the go, afternoon snack or even dessert!
