Easing drug testing rules and stronger liquor regulations this week on Capital City Sunday

This week on Capitol City Sunday, Rep. David Bowen (D-Milwaukee) talks about the massive juvenile justice reform bill and the closing of Lincoln Hills. Plus, his bill to remove the key ingredient in marijuana, THC, from drug tests.

Also, brewers in the state are celebrating a bill that was never voted on in committee that would have put stricter requirements on their industry. The "liquor czar" proposal could however be revamped by some lawmakers to help benefit the Kohler company.

Watch Capitol City Sunday each week at 9 a.m. on WKOW. This edition runs Feb. 18, 2018.
