Summer camp teaches teens about business leadership

MADISON (WKOW) — High school students from across Wisconsin are in the Madison area this week, spending part of their Summer by jumping into the world of business.

On Sunday, students gathered on UW-Madison’s campus for Wisconsin Business World, a four-day Summer camp, where students participate in hands-on exercises that easily relate to the everyday life of running a business.

WMC Foundation Director Wade Goodsell joined the Wake Up Wisconsin team to talk more about the program. Check out his interview above.

UW Madison is one of three different camp locations for students. Registration is still open of another camp at UW Stevens Point, which is happening between July 15 and 18.

For more information about the camp or to register visit Wisconsin Business World’s website.
