Madison LEGO convention for people of all ages

MADISON (WKOW) — A LEGO convention for the whole family is coming to the Monona Terrace Convention Center.

The LEGO BrickUniverse Convention kicks off Saturday, June 30 and runs through Sunday, July 1.

The event gives people the chance to see LEGO creations and meet the artists behind them.

"Ask them questions, get tips and tricks, learn techniques," said Greyson Beights, a LEGO BrickUniverse Convention organizer.

After seeing the LEGOs, fans get inspired and they can go to a table and build a piece of art of their own.
